Our engagement in Russia 2018 was a direct continuation of the work delivered in Brazil 2014. The Local Organising Committee approached us specifically because of our experience from the previous tournament, and the relationship ran deep enough that our delivery model served as the foundation for a dedicated sister company, named ARENA 2018, created by the LOC to support the event.
Our scope covered stadium technical consultancy, overlay planning, event best practices and support in structuring the LOC's own organisational model, a behind-the-scenes role that reflected the trust built over years of working at the highest level of World Cup delivery.
One area of work, rooted in a relationship that began four years earlier in Brazil.
We provided technical consultancy on the development of the stadium infrastructure that hosted the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Our team was hired by the Local Organising Committee in Russia for stadium technical consultancy, overlay planning, and event best practices.
We also helped develop the organisational structure for the Local Organising Committee of FIFA World Cup Russia 2018. The success of our model at FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 led to the creation of a sister company by the LOC named "ARENA 2018".
