Services provided
Our involvement in Brazil 2014 began in 2009 and extended across the full delivery cycle of the tournament. Across 12 host cities, we worked as the technical Engineering and Architecture Department for FIFA and the Local Organising Committee, covering stadium design consultancy, construction monitoring and the full overlay planning and delivery cycle.
The scale of the assignment reflected the scale of the tournament: a continental country, 12 stadiums at different stages of development, and a procurement and logistics challenge that required a technical management layer capable of connecting global requirements to local realities in each city.
Three areas of work, delivered end to end across FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 and FIFA Confederations Cup 2013.

We guaranteed the design delivery of all 12 FIFA World Cup stadiums in compliance with all FIFA requirements and operational standards.
We were selected by the Local Organising Committee and FIFA as the technical Engineering and Architecture Department during the planning and operational phases.
The scope included guiding and consulting with stadium architects to comply with event requirements, as well as supporting FIFA and the LOC across all infrastructure and design compliance activities for FIFA World Cup 2014 and FIFA Confederations Cup 2013.

We were present on-site at all 12 stadiums from the beginning of the construction period. Our inputs were vital to speed up decisions and create a smooth connection between site routine and event demands, while keeping FIFA Board Meetings updated with a clear picture of stadium delivery progress. Scope included FIFA World Cup 2014 and FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 stadiums.

We guaranteed the overlay delivery of the FIFA World Cup in compliance with all FIFA requirements and operational standards.
We built a complete and comprehensive overlay procurement model, compiling detailed technical documentation including drawings and BOQs, and guiding the full process across the 12 host cities. After contractors were appointed, we also managed all suppliers on-site, monitoring schedules and technical compliance. The scope included overlay planning and delivery for FIFA World Cup 2014 and FIFA Confederations Cup 2013.
