Copa América USA 2024 presented one of the most geographically demanding logistical challenges we have faced. Fourteen stadiums and 52 training sites spread across a continental country, each with its own infrastructure profile, required venue-specific overlay planning at scale, resulting in 76 stadium overlay books, 104 training site overlay books and 137 reports, with 14 staff members deployed across 90+ flights.
We supported CONMEBOL and CONCACAF across several areas, including technical infrastructure consultancy, development of maps and plans, and overlay planning services for the 14 stadiums and 52 training sites chosen for the tournament.
