Since 2019, we have served as CONMEBOL's technical infrastructure partner for the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana Finals, supporting consecutive editions of both competitions across multiple cities and countries in South America.
The scope has been consistent: overlay consultancy, operational drawings, infrastructure technical consultancy and construction site management. The conditions, however, have rarely been straightforward. Across both competitions, we have navigated last-minute venue transfers, pandemic-related restrictions, tight delivery turnarounds and the particular logistical demands of working across South America's most varied stadium environments.

Across these eight consecutive CONMEBOL Libertadores Finals, we navigated a wide range of technical and operational challenges, from last-minute venue changes and tight delivery turnarounds to pandemic-related restrictions. As CONMEBOL's technical infrastructure partner, we consistently managed the overlay and operational drawings scope, conducted technical site visits, provided construction site management and match-day operations, working closely with CONMEBOL's operational team to ensure successful events year after year.
