AFC Asian Cup 2027

We have been appointed by the AFC27 Local Organizing Committee to implement the Planning and Delivery Function, covering several key responsibilities: detailing the department's services, monitoring performance indicators and suggesting adjustments where necessary.

We also developed workflows and operational procedures, created a master plan in project management software and produced training materials, while maintaining up-to-date standards.

Further responsibilities include establishing a training model and risk management framework, collaborating with the AFC planning department, integrating stakeholder requirements, and creating data models and analysis tools to support the process.
